All pricing is communicated upfront before the start of a project. Payment terms, timelines, and deliverables will be clearly outlined. Work may not begin until payment is confirmed, unless agreed otherwise.
No refunds will be issued once work has started, unless otherwise specified in writing.
All custom APIs and related code created by apisconfig.com are the property of the client once payment is completed, unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to reuse non-client-specific code or frameworks in future projects.
We respect your data privacy. Any information shared with us including API documentation, platform access, and business logic will be kept confidential and used solely to fulfill your requested services.
While we aim for 99.9% uptime and fast delivery, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected issues may result in temporary downtime.
apisconfig.com shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Data loss due to third-party integrations or misuse
Errors caused by inaccurate information provided by the client
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with written notice. In case of termination, the client will be billed for work completed up to that point.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
